Save up to 70% on Laptops with Lenovo Outlet Deals 23 Sep 2013 2:54 AM (12 years ago)

Lenovo has long been praised for its powerful, capable, durable business machines, having sleek designs and state of the art in-house accessories. If you are a Lenovo fan and looking to get the best bang for your bucks, we’ll recommend you the shangrila of the Lenovo best official deals, the online Lenovo outlet. You can get at least 50-70% discount from this awesome official Lenovo outlet.  With Free shipping and support services, the outlet gives the most latest and cheapest tech deals you have ever dreamt of. There are basically three categories/conditions of the laptops offered at the outlet:

1) New

New means brand new! dewy and cutting edge pieces of cake. Lenovo’s outlet explains the new category as “order cancelled, unopened return, or factory-direct excess”

You Save

You save up to 50% in the new laptops with amazing deal offerings. For example one specific deal for ThinkPad T420 asks only $567.08 whereas the market rate is $1181. So you save $614.34. Kudos to the Lenovo outlet again.

2) Refurbished

Refurbished means “Opened, possibly used, tested to pass original specifications” but don’t freak out because my personal experience says refurbished laptops do great most of the cases (must research well). Just some tweaks, one time use, minor wriggles don’t make anything old.

You Save

Here is an example. The Lenovo online outlet asks only $249 for refurbished IdeaPad S205s today, which is $593 in market. So you save a lax of around $344. Isn’t it amazing?

Scratch And Dent

If you are looking to save more, then here is another option at the outlet.  Scratch and dent means “Refurbished, cosmetic blemishes, no impact to operability” so there might be a very minute scratch or color fade but the machine will work just like a new one. And amount you save will just blow off your mind.

You Save

You can save  around 70%-80% here. For example, Lenovo G575 is costing $430 in the market outlets and this colossal online outlet is asking only $141, giving you a magnificent savings bundle of $288.

You must give a spin to this amazing Lenovo outlet. Deals are on for laptops, tablets, netbooks, desktops, workstations, accessories. You can get exchanges, support services and much more.

Recover Your Lost Files, Data Using Recuva for Free 19 Sep 2013 4:54 AM (12 years ago)

Hard disk crashes, power losses, foolish file deletions, fluffy, occasional SHIFT DELs, there is so much that makes us search for the best, useful and free (of course) file recovery tool. There are plenty of file recovery software, some work, some are just futile and time wasters. We recommend Recuva, probably the best free file recovery software, a completely freeware capable of recovering  deleted files and data. Usability is just amazing, even a 5th grader and goof can use it without tottering up the  mess. Some of the colossal features include portable version that run from USB stick, easy going for almost all the file systems like NTFS, FAT32, works great for storage devices and removable media like USB sticks, storage cards and music players. Recuva only supports Windows.

Here is a step by step procedure to install this amazing utility and recover files. Let’s get started

1)Download, install and run the program on your computer. A welcome screen will appear. Click “Next” to proceed.

2) Now select the type of file which you want to recover for example if you have lost images, hit “pictures”

3) This area is my favorite, just specify the location from where you want to retrieve the data. Look at the option saying “On my media card or iPod”. This option is really handy and useful in case you want to get the data out of removable media, cam etc. If you want to add a custom location, just browse.

4) Now click the “Start” Button, don’t go for  the deep scan option unless you don’t find the lost files in the first attempt because it normally takes hours for the deep scan to complete.

5) Now the scanning will start, Recuva scans at a brilliant stormy speed of 75GB/sec. Simply amazing

6) You will now get the list of the recovered files, just look out for your lost pie and if you are lucky enough to locate it, just check the box below the file and hit “Recover”

7) Now select the location where you want to recover/save the located files

8) You can also go to the “advanced mode” where you can select any drive and media types. There is an “option” button from where you can select various options like language, view mode,  secure overwriting and other scan options.

That’s it, just easy as pie. File and data recovery made easy with Recuva. Download Recuva for free here.

New Leak Shows Detailed Nexus 5 – Googler Left It At Some Bar “Accidentally” 17 Sep 2013 2:03 AM (12 years ago)

First it was Kit Kat statue unveiling video made by Google itself, then the FCC filings and now some Google employee left Google Nexus 5 at a local bar, and the bar worker got chance to get up close and personal with the cupcake scheduled this year. So here we are, the internet is rocking with the latest videos, photos and “detailed overview” by the lucky bar person. The latest tipsters have testified all the previous speculations. Yes! LG has been locked by the Mountain View giant as we saw in the Android 4.4 aka KitKat Statue video teaser in which LG logo was visible at the back of the phone.

As far as the hardware part is concerned, there is nothing wriggling and new. There are so much leaks here and every leak is betokening the other, so the bar guy has nothing new to reveal here apart from centered front-facing camera, a large camera module with what looks like the same sensor, lens and flash from the LG G2, and a rubberized, textured backing for easy gripping. The front view is more or less similar to Nexus 4.

Kudos again to the bar man who gave us the fiesta of having a close look at the software of Nexus 5 as well, the detailed videos show Android 4.4 KitKat startup screen, having a slightly different font, at least on the home screen, than 4.3 Jelly Bean, and the boot up sequence shares the same sparkling Nexus colors as the previous version. Check out the videos

That’s all the bar man could show because he didn’t know the phone password(sighs) and the Googler could have bounced in any time.

ASUS PadFone Infinity Launched With A Diamond Cut, Snapdragon 800 17 Sep 2013 12:01 AM (12 years ago)

After much speculations and video teasers, ASUS has finally made PadFone Infinity official in Taipei just a few hours ago. The balletic master piece from ASUS features 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC, along with the addition of a microSD slot, secondary microphone for noise cancellation and normalization. Unsurprisingly, the internal storage options have been lowered to 16GB and 32GB.

Here is a peculiar part in PadFone which was missed in most of the leaks and teasers. It  has new diamond cut on the metallic backside, which gives the phone, a more premium look. According to much impulsive ASUS’s CEO, Jerry Shen, the device will roll out in two colors, the nimble Titanium Black” and “Platinum White.

Coming to the software, there are gentle facelifts and revamps here as well. Padfone is based on 4.2 and the good news is that the original PadFone Infinity will also receive this update in a few days according to ASUS officials. As for the Camera, ASUS came as a sharp jagged corporate entity because the instead of snagging the old 13-megapixel f/2.0 imager, they decided to tweak it up with PixelMaster software feature, which combines multiple pixels to form a smaller but sharper and cleaner 3-megapixel image. But it will remain still a 3MP camera, after all, you need to lxx money to elevate megapixels folks, and SONY seems quite generous in this cam race.

Price snoopy? PadFone asks NT$18,990 or about US$ 640 off-contract, and the tablet dock is priced at NT$7,000 or about US$240.

iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C Announced, Will Be Available 20th September 11 Sep 2013 1:43 AM (12 years ago)

The mega event at Apple’s Cupertino headquarters went awesome in a sense that most of the expectations and wires came true as Tim Cook revealed the bags full of iDevices and accessories. The two new iPhones, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C were the remarkable cynosures of the event along with some generous gifts from the tech giant(iWork, iMovie, iPhoto announced free). There was iOS-7 announcement, share sheet features reveals, although it as already drooled at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference but Cook said that the fancy OS will hit the market officially by 18th September.  But lets focus our lens for the two primary newbies, the much awaited and talked about, iPhone 5S and a more hued version, iPhone 5C.

iPhone 5C, Not  The Cheap iPhone You were waiting for

Starting with the much awaited iPhone which gave much whammy quacks to the audience here at Cupertino. Apple hasn’t much came up to our expectations. The most expected feature of 5C was the price tag but as Cook announced the starting price of 5C, there were murmurs. 5C’s 16GB version will be available for pre-order from 13 September, for $99 and guess what? the 32GB version will have a price tag of $199, similar to what an iPhone 5S 32Gb version demands. Now that’s not what all of us (especially Chinese) were looking for because anything attached with a 2 year contract, asking a $100 is far from cheap.

Features include same 4-inch Retina display as the iPhone 5 , powered by A6 processor, LTE, Bluetooth 4.0 and dual-band 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi connectivity. Camera is revamped and there is a backside-illuminated camera with a 5-element lens. A new front-facing camera also promises better performance in low light. The rear of the 5C is replaced by a single piece of colored polycarbonate. If you are too sensitive about the phone body protection then you can opt for the brand new casings Apple has designed but again, it’s asking $29 apiece. 5C is available in blue, white, pink, yellow and green colors and shipping will start around 20 September.

iPhone 5S – The  Real Deal

Here is the real deal. When Cook took to the stage to announce the afternoon’s day-brightening news yesterday, the world was awaiting the next generation handset. Awarded the tag of “most forwarded handset in the history of Apple” by Phil Schiller, iPhone 5S came up to the mark yesterday. Apple has integrated smart 64-bit A7 processor that features twice the number of transistors as its predecessor, clocking in at more than 1 billion.  iPhone 5S rocked with a finger print scanner that we wired you before the event. There is on-board new M7, which monitors motion data in real-time, with help from the accelerometer, gyroscope and compass. You ask about the battery? Tech giant incorporated your worries here and gave 40 hours of music playback with 250 hours of standby. 3G talk time and LTE browsing, iWork suite integration, f/2.2 aperture lens, the device is packed with with a plethora of new features to justify $199 as a starting price. A new feature “True Tone” gives  1,000 variations of color temperatures to help you get things like flesh tones just right.

Both the devices will start hitting US, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore and the UK by 20th of this month. Availability for more than 100 other countries will be around December this year.

Microsoft Surface 2, Surface Pro 2 Tablets Rolling 23 September 9 Sep 2013 11:38 PM (12 years ago)

How can Microsoft trudge the race of the tech giants or I should say “techathon”. As expected, Microsoft has also announced its deluxe and sumptuous event, featuring release of Surface tabs. Last night, the tech gargantuan released the official invites to the media telling them to  consign most of September 23rd, for the mega event of Microsoft, which is also labeled as “the Surface event”. Amid the sundry of leaks that hinted towards the glimpses that Microsoft is racing up for finalizing the surface tabs, it is for sure that the event will be in reply to dwindle the elevating market hypes going in favor of the competitors. The iPhone 5S event has rocked the media, other populous events of Sony, Samsung have really got the sweat out for Microsoft and now, its time to unleash the next generation tabs,Yes! we are talking about Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 tablets.

So what’s new in Surface 2 tabs? Well, one thing is for sure, Microsoft is going to take this event by storms and will strive to give plethora of new bags full of value and fun. There will be a two-stage kickstand for both the Surface 2 and Surface Pro2. As for the slants and outlooks mostly everything will be same as before. But bumps and quivers await your here is softy world. There will be a sleek new Intel’s Haswell processor for Surface Pro 2 with a revamped  8GB of RAM on board, a wriggling new feature that will boost the performance. The Haswell processor upgrade will tweak up the battery life on the Surface Pro 2, but not significantly enough. There will likely be and addition of just two hours in the Surface PRo 2 battery, but that’s enough for now I think, isn’t it?

For Surface 2, there will be more wrenches and snags. There is likely to be a display update, a 1080p resolution integration. A jaw dropping Nvidia’s Tegra 4 processor is going to bump the turf here. New accessories like a docking station, power cover for battery boost and keyboard accessories are  going to garnish things up on September, 23 in New York

Official invites saying “You are invited” with a Surface logo on top right and Date written below are wired to all the major media outlets. Surface event is going to grasp global attention after iPhone 5S event.

Sony PS Vita Will Let You Watch TV and Play PS4 Games For $95 9 Sep 2013 2:16 AM (12 years ago)

In a race to wallop the hoots in the Apple’s butt, Sony has revealed tons of stuff in its pre-TGS press conference but the most pronounced gadget there was the graceful yet cheap, Sony PS VITA, also stamped as PS Vita TV that will let you watch TV, play PS games and much more about which we will wire you. The dexterity and nimbleness, expected from Sony is always up to the mark whenever there is a reveal but this time, it’ something really a targeted bliss, a response to Apple TV market hypes I think. The gist of the gadget is to let you play video games what they now call the “Vita games” on the big screen using a DualShock 3 controller, but there is actually a surfeit of lissome you can do with the VITA gadget.

PS Vita TV has a card slot for Vita games requiring Vita memory cards, it will also let you use video streaming services (such as Hulu) and more. Hulu is Japan specific TV service that is streamed worldwide. A glut of features integrated with the PS Vita will let the people enjoy TV stream beyond the boundaries with third party and cross platform support. Pronounced features like Japan Tsutaya TV, and Nico Nico Douga as well as Sony’s own Video Unlimited, Vita-style apps such as the LiveTweet Twitter client and e-book reading software are likely to bang your bucks here. Oh, don’t know the bucks yet? It’s just for ($95) but if you want a game packed version, a bundle having 8 gig Vita memory card and a DualShock 3 controller, this will make you slack $145.

Release date is yet to be confirmed but it will be “very soon” as the leaks touted. Vita is likely to roll out amid the Apple TV release to nudge the competitor market.

iPhone 5S All Set To Be Revealed, What To Expect 9 Sep 2013 12:00 AM (12 years ago)

So everyone is in the saddle, having stirrups and champing at bit as Apple is all set to reveal the much awaited iPhone 5S(no, that’s not the only thing set to launch). Rumors are walloping the media that the tech giant, amid the most sinewy competition in the industry is weighing the options to reveal “something more”, apart from the  already scheduled release. There is likely to be Bargain basement iPhone-C, a much cheaper version of iPhone, intended to ship China, there will be splash of the music streaming service to tackle the elevated rivalries like  Spotify, Radio. Well, well well! one thing to turn you around we missed? , the iOS-7 release will be a thunderbolt for the competitors un-waveringly if Apple really decides to take the World Wide Developers Conference announcement to reality this Tuesday at Cupertino, Calif headquarters

Hardware- Tweaked up with Leaked Thumbnail scanner

So what to expect from iPhone 5S?, the real cynosure for the event.  Well take the thumbnail scanner thingy for granted as we are  hearing it about since long but now a local news percolation from China has chinked the nut as the new leaked images show a silver  ring around the new iPhone 5S, that is for sure, a thumbnail scanner through which Apple has decided to give for integrated biosecurity. The crevices are confirming the biometric security integration leaks by Fox News reporter Clayton Morris, affirmed by Chinese news outlet(it seems Chinese are much engrossed in the upcoming iPhone, don’t they?). Draw a blank about any major update in the iPhone 5S hardware other than this, it will be same as iPhone 5 except the tweaked up cam and processor.

Software- iOS 7 going to spice things up here

Yes, the software is going to spice things up, with the iOS 7 , there will be an all new design, with flatter and redesigned icons, along with new features like the Control Center that lives throughout the phone and an improved browser. It’s making the softy things, all intricate, fliffy and chichi and experts perceive iOS 7 to be the single most important update and a rococo part  in 5S event this Tuesday.

Display– A Little Tweaked Up Pixel Count

Tattling leaks, scuttle-butting the plethora of tweaks in the display section of 5S but nothing can be said for sure. You can expect a Super HD screen display and camera as touted by media in December 2012 but one thing is for sure here, the canard report affirm that the display will be all quacked up, from 727,040 pixels found in the current iPhone 5 Retina display, which gives 640 x 1,136 resolution and 326 pixels per inch. 5S is going to boost things up with a state of the art double screen resolution, that will tweak up the pixel count  to 1.5 million and making the bezel extremely thin.

Camera- mmm, not much

Now Camera is not something that can wriggle you up, some say it will be the same MP as in iPhone 5, only a beefier camera and larger flash on the back in 5S but some suggest that amid  the bombastic MP cam trends set by Sony and Samsung, Apple has planned to give 13 MP for 5S.

Battery- Worth It, With Wireless Charging

There will be an improved battery integration, from 5.45Whr battery to a 5.45Whr one but here is a jaw dropping part for you. Apple recently signed a Wireless Power Utilization, a wireless charging system with near-field magnetic resonance (NFMR), so that means?? Yes! We are hopefully going to get wireless charging on Tuesday’s event.

With a plethora of tweaks and wiggles, Apple is whirling up hard to give it’s best shot, so just wait and see what’s Apple got for us.

Sony Xperia Z1 Released, Water Proof, Sand Proof With A 20.7 MP Camera 6 Sep 2013 2:41 AM (12 years ago)

Let’s just nip the preambles, ingresses and grab the real shivering point here in the latest release by the tech giant Sony. It has a water resistant body so you can just spill the bear out without giving woes and nags. Another feature that dragooned us to cut short the intros is the camera, not 10 MP, not 15MP, its 20.7 mp folks, just rabbiting the rivalries here. Sony has really injected these tuckering features to make the future market and that’s for sure. So as we have spitted the real thing out, lets come to the confab snags and wriggles in the latest release.

You can’t just lull me be because I’m again coming to the camera, with 1/2.3in sensor, a G lens with 27mm wide angle and a range of new software features including a burst mode that has a frequency of 61pics/2 seconds, Sony has integrated the bombastic cam, a one game changer, I might say.The outlook of Sony Xperia Z1 is just a yanky update to the previous version of the Sony phones, the same  long rectangular shape with flat sides, square corners and a sheet of tempered glass on both the front and the back.

Guess what, I missed the gold without notice, the real part, another game changer is still un-reviewed, Yes, I’m talking about the water bucking stuff as Sony touted. The stout and sturdy new release is water proof so you can just splatter the water without any worries. But one thing here,  it’s only for sweet water. Sony officials said that foster your phone from salt water because there isn’t any bulwark for it in this phone. But this water resistant stuff is just amazing amid the multifarious problems faced by the users daily. Xperia Z1 can handle fresh water at up to 1.5 meters and  for 30 long minutes. and is also dust resistant, provided the flaps covering the microSD card slot, micro-USB port, and SIM card slot are sealed.

Other exigent(yet clambake) features include a ravishing 5″ full HD display called “Triluminos”,a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, a  2GB of RAM spiced up with 16GB in-house memory.

Price? Have a poise, nothing is announced officially but don’t expect Sony to be amiable here, it will be around £500 and shipping is likely to roll out within a few weeks.

NOTE 3 Revealed By Samsung, Likely To Be Launched in Q4 2013 5 Sep 2013 12:06 AM (12 years ago)

As expected, Samsung kept the ball rolling as it started two years ago at IFA in Berlin and yesterday, two years after, in 2013, Note III, a “Phablet” has been introduced by the sparkling tech giant. Well most of the folks present there were chirpy on the ascent and ballooned size which makes the latest release in the Note rendition, a “Phablet”. With a Super AMOLED display dilation to 5.7 inches, Note 3 features a ranting 3GB of RAM, 2.3GHz quad-core processor, a camera resolution of 13 megapixels.

But I want to cut the monotony of memory, processor, camera pixel tweaks now, because that’s something for granted in any new release, isn’t it ? So let’s come to the actual spick and span that can actually quiver you to get your hands on this floppy Phablet. The new S-Pen functionality! yes, that’s what has been a  peculiar ace throughout the introduction.

With S-pen, you can just lacerate and claw mark anything on your phone and it will transform them into actionable emanations. For example you can just gash out address of your friend with S-pen and Google Maps will locate this for you. Similarly, just bring out the stylus, write any phone number and you will have the options to call, send message etc. No copy pasting no nothing! This feature is stamped as “Action Memos”. Some of the other dewy additions include new My Magazine interface for “content snacking.” It’s for news crunching for all the news feeds you get from the third party readers to make them readable in Flipboard or HTC’s BlinkFee apps. Dual-wielding of apps has also be added which will make the multi-tasking and handling of apps much easier than before.

Nothing final about the release date but it’s due any time by the end of this year. Athirst for the price now ? That’s also blurry for now but surely, there will be a chunky price tag, somewhere around $800.
