Do you usually 4x OTB? I am just curious as I don't play much live and like 2.5xing or min-raising here. Against someone who is decent/agro, we have to defend KQs when our range is (should be) so wide...

How wide are you barreling the turn? This is probably around the top of your range. That said even with only 8 hands I'd probably fold against a guy that has limped 7 times.
