try bringing back to the shop and change the RAM(if its been upgraded with 3rd party ram).. if that doesn't work probably sometime more serious has happened

Didn't you upgrade to iOS 7 before, and subsequently reverted to iOS 6? Was that done on an iPhone 4(S) or iPhone 5? Assuming it's the same phone, that IPSW should work, unless it's still the beta 4...

Tried yesterday and successful downgrade back to ios 6.1.4. The funny things is that using the cdma version will work rather than the gsm one...hmmm
