The problem is the DST in Sydney. I have set UTC+10 and normal Australian DST effect but on my page (www.reisenachoz.de) it is still 23:10 in Sydney while it is 0:10 on http://www.timeanddate.com/worl...

The time is set up for Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia. That time should be UTC/GMT +9:30 hours. It compares correctly with http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=929
