Oh yeah it can. I was blasting it for an hour Dj set at a mountain party. We took it off roading into hiking trails to a clearing  around 1 am. Perfect mobile stage  and I also have power for my audio...

Running rough at speed could be running rich. Idle speed screw shouldn't make a difference, but this was happening on a couple of Wolfs and their idle was high - turned down and smoothed out. Seafoam ...

Update: I put SeaFoam in went for a 30-40 Mile ride its running alot better not as choppy. Im going to put some more in on the next fill up and see how were doing, its almost time to go for the first ...

Make sure the choke is all the way down, if the idle is a tad high, turn the idle screw 1/8 turn to the left
