Hi, I had same problem. And I found solution. Server condition : Hosting(UTF-8 (PHP5, MySQL5.x) 1. Open the .htaccess file 2. Add new line php_flag allow_url_fopen 1 3. Upload that file

Hello people, just to write what did the trick for me: Add this to your .httpaccess file to downgrade to php 5.3 <FilesMatch \.php$> SetHandler php53-cgi </FilesMatch> and it works now.
