I figured it out, the problem was that I had not added a Page tag for my new page in ThemeInfo.xml in my themes folder. Completely forgot about that.

Sorry to re-hash this topic, but I'm having the same issues. Has anyone come up with a doable solution using StateServer or SQL Session handling? VevoCart seems so tied to inProc handing however.
